Preparation for offshore facilities construction is led by the enterprise since early 90th. A whole complex of engineering and process developments for handling of  making of metal constructions from cold-resistant steels, check of geometrical characteristics on the base of implementing of electronic-optical measuring system, providing of transporting of big heavy-weight  metal constructions, and also technique of superblock assembling afloat is accomplished and inculcated in production at «Sevmash».

Different floating technical facilities and platforms for marine oil and gas fields being manufactured at the enterprise reach 139 meters in length and 144 meters in width, 141 meters in height and 117 000 tons in weight without hard ballast.
