Nikolay Kalistratov was appointed Vice-rector of  Northern (Arctic) Federal University on atomic shipbuilding and marine technique – Director of  branch of NAFU in Severodvinsk.

Rector of NAFU Elena Kudryashova underlined great meaning of  the branch for development of  the University. She said, that Nikolay Yakovlevich knows shipbuilding as not somebody else and has experience of leadership, energy, careful attitude to Severodvinsk, fundamental enterprises of the town and labour of staff. So he is the best candidate to be Vice-rector on atomic shipbuilding and marine technique.

Nikolay Kalistratov was Director General of Sevmash in 2007-2011. Now he is Head of the Committee on military-industry complex and conversion policy of Arkhangelsk regional Council of deputies and Arkhangelsk regional branch of Union of machine-builders of Russia.
