Since June 1, 2008, FSUE “PO “Sevmash” has been reorganized into JSC “PO “Sevmash”.
This fact is evidenced by the Federal Tax Service Certificate on state registration of a legal entity “Joint Stock Company “Proizvodstvennoye Obyedineniye “Severnoye Mashinostroitelnoye Predpriyatiye” (abbreviated name is JSC “PO “Sevmash") and by the Federal Tax Service Certificate on registration of the Russian enterprise “Joint Stock Company “Proizvodstvennoye Obyedineniye “Severnoye Mashinostroitelnoye Predpriyatiye” with the tax authorities at its location on the territory of the Russian Federation. 
Pursuant to Clause 5, Article 58, Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation a newly set up legal entity assumes rights and obligations of the reorganized legal entity in accordance with the assignment deed.

Applications for issue of copies of the Federal Tax Service Certificate and Articles of Association of JSC “PO “Sevmash” need to be sent in writing to the following address: 164500, Arkhangelsk region, Severodvinsk, Arkhangelskoye shosse 58, Legal Department of JSC “PO “Sevmash”.
